For over two decades, I helped some of the world’s largest, most innovative, and complex organisations address their strategic and human capital challenges. My teams and I developed growth strategies for emerging markets; constructed risk management frameworks; designed and implemented organisation structures. We worked at a national level to assess talent requirements for the future. We advised on the salaries of the President, Prime Minister, Political Appointment Holders, and Members of Parliament in Singapore.


Today, I work with a select group of clients who are committed to connecting people to performance. This might entail enhancing board performance. It might involve driving transformational change at the senior leadership level. It might be about reinventing an organisation for the future. And more.

As the founder of The Advisors Collective, I also collaborate with a network of independent boutique consulting firms led by senior experts with proven track records at top consultancies including Andersen Consulting, Aon Hewitt, BCG, Deloitte, IBM, Mercer, Oliver Wyman, PwC, and Towers Watson. 


Each year, I take on a limited number of senior clients who seek a bespoke coaching relationship.  I specialise in working with C-suite leaders who are keen to reach their peak potential. It might entail navigating the transition from a business or functional leadership role to the top job. Or perhaps the one thing holding someone back is his or her executive presence. Sometimes, the focus is on preparing for board roles. 


Drawing on my personal experience as a leader, managing multi-million dollar businesses, and driving change in complex, matrix organisations, we work together to prioritize your needs, create a plan, and take action. I consider myself fortunate to have led hundreds of talented people across multiple geographies, and I'm especially proud of the many leaders I've worked with who have gone on to even greater heights in their careers.
